	How to delete a SafeStick from the SafeConsole database?

Solution It is indeed possible to remove a SafeStick from the SafeConsole database, however currently it requires manual editing of the SafeConsole database.

To do this please follow these steps:

1.) On the SafeConsole server, stop the SafeConsole service using services.msc

2.) Navigate to C:\Program Files\BlockMaster\SafeConsole\db and make a backup copy of ConsoleDB.script

3.) Open ConsoleDB.script in Notepad, Wordpad or TextPad.

4.) Search for the serial number of the SafeStick you wish to delete but in context of the following example line:

INSERT INTO SAFESTICK VALUES('070007A11C02BB4XXXXX','2010-02-08 11:13:59.170000000'........................

The line above is the actual entry (database record) for the SafeStick in question. Ensure you get the "Insert into..." line of the database!

5.) Save and close ConsoleDB.script

6.) Re-start the SafeConsole service.

7.) Open you web browser and log back into SafeConsole, navigate to "SafeStick Overview" and then click on the magnifying glass to display all SafeSticks - the entry you have deleted should no longer show in the results.

Blockmaster intend to make this into a feature of SafeConsole in due course.
