Solution Please bear in mind that customers are required to raise the support issue via their Reseller in the first instance in order to verify the status of the SafeStick, please do not contact Softek directly for the replacement SafeStick as the correct escalation procedure needs to be adhered to.

SafeStick's are manufactured to a very high standard, and failure rates are negligible.

However, for peace of mind we confirm that the manufacturer SafeStick warranty period is 2 years from date of purchase.

If you believe there is a problem with your SafeStick then please follow the troubleshooting KB's available on this website for producing logs and troubleshooting:

Then if you still believe it to be faulty please log a ticket with Softek using our eSupport system - http://esupport.softek.co.uk - attaching logs (if possible), a description of the problem, purchase info, and your full contact details.

Then ship the faulty SafeStick to Softek at our Jersey HQ address. http://www.softek.co.uk/general/contact.asp

We will confirm the fault, and ship a replacement to you.
