SafeStick Logging and Troubleshooting
SafeStick Logging and Troubleshooting
Solution
To enable logging of SafeStick please press Ctrl + Alt + F6 while inserting a SafeStick.
This can also be achieved by starting SafeStick from the command line with
safestick --log
If successful, a new folder will pop up automatically on your desktop containing a SafeStick log file. Try to use the SafeStick as normal or as best you can then either "Lock and Exit" the SafeStick or kill "SafeStick.exe" from the Windows Task Manager to release the lock on the logging file.
Once the stick has been locked and exited, you can copy/paste/open/email this text file as required.
If the Ctrl + Alt + F6 combination does not work, the stick may be faulty, in which case check out the warranty procedure KB on this website:

Alternatively, there is also a logging application which can be run to generate complete logs. Get this application from the "Download" section of this website.
